Our vineyards and olive groves are located in the Casta del Sur farm laying on area of 10 hectares. This property produces the grapes for our Premium Lujan de Cuyo Malbec, complementing the Raboso , Ancelotta, Petit Verdot and Cabernet Franc varieties.

The olive trees dating from about the 1970s and represent the characteristic type Mendoza with Arauco Farga and Frantoio varieties , from which we make our small in- situ production of extra virgin olive oil .

We use the water resources of the mountain, based on the ancient pre -colonial system unpaved by the ancestor area residents. We capture the water in our reservoir of 3.3Mn liters of capacity and distribute it with a modern drip irrigation system, delivering the precise amount each plant needs to ensure our high quality of output.
